About the Role

We are looking for a Compensation Manager to lead all aspects of compensation and equity for Riskified (RSKD) globally. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs; with a particular focus on Israel and the US markets. You will serve as the single point of contact for all compensation matters including board and compensation committee-related activities. You’ll bring your extensive compensation experience, advanced data-driven mindset, and business acumen as a leader on the global HR team for Riskified to build upon and elevate our compensation strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs aligned with Riskified’s goals and objectives; including base pay, bonuses, incentive and equity plans
  • Lead the annual and mid-year compensation cycles ensuring competitiveness, fairness and consistency
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis globally
  • Develop and maintain salary ranges, pay grades, structures, and guidelines.
  • Lead equity compensation programs - RSUs
  • Partner with Recruiting and HR to maintain and build job libraries, job level, and career planning and analysis
  • Conduct workforce planning for global sites to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare regular reports on compensation related trends, costs, and utilization
  • Prepare materials and presentations for board and compensation committee meetings

Qualifications

  • 6-9+ years of experience in compensation, ideally in tech 
  • Global and public company experience is required
  • In-depth knowledge of US compensation laws and regulations; including reporting requirements for publicly traded companies
  • Proven experience working with compensation surveys 
  • Strong experience with equity programs and board/compensation committee activities
  • Strong business, data analysis, and financial literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior executives and board members
  • Proficiency in managing compensation in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors, preferred)

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City.
